Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order in a timely and efficient manner. We offer shipping within Thailand only. If you are interested to ship to overseas locations kindly reach out to us at legacy@centuryolivetree.com

DELIVERY CHARGES WITHIN THAILAND

A delivery charge will be included in every promotion purchase within 150 km from the nursery in Bangkok and additional charges for outside our delivery zone will be calculated based upon tree dimensions and weight.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of receiving payment and are delivered within 4-7 business days. 

DELIVERY METHOD

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight and volume of your order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by incorrect delivery details.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

We will make every effort to follow any special delivery instructions provided by you during the checkout process. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be accommodated.

DELIVERY DELAYS

In the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated delivery time.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect delivery details, failure to collect from the courier, or any other reason beyond our control, we may charge you additional fees to cover the cost of reshipping your order.

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive any damaged goods, please notify us immediately by email at legacy@centuryolivetree.com and include photographs of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to you not being available to receive it, the courier may attempt to redeliver your order at an additional cost. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order on the delivery date provided.
