Century Olive Tree reserves the right for all returns, refunds, or exchanges of items purchased. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days from the delivery date of the order.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for faulty products sold, and Century Olive Tree reserves the right to inspect the condition of the olive tree before exchanging or refunding. The exchange will be subject to the availability of the olive tree.
For non-perishable products (e.g., garden products), the olive tree must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 7 days upon receipt of items for a full refund/exchange.
If the product exchange is of higher value, the customer will have to pay for the price difference. If the product exchange is of lesser value, the balance amount will not be returned.
If the olive tree is a perishable product (e.g., foliage), it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the delivery has been accepted.
For live plant purchases, tears, holes in foliage, broken stems, yellow foliage, or dried and withering flowers are normal as they are living things. It is not possible to request a perfect and flawless plant. We are committed to regular pest control; however, as insects and pests are all part of the living organism, if you receive live plants with insects/pests, we are happy to guide you on how you can remove them. Please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your order.

Refunds
If Century Olive Tree determines that the olive tree is defective or damaged, we will either replace the olive tree or issue a refund. Shipping costs for returning the olive tree will be borne by buyer.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change and orders may need to be canceled. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the requested day of delivery via phone call at Tel: +(66) 0-933-933-666 or Email: legacy@centuryolivetree.com. There will be a Processing Administration charge of THB 1,000 for all cancellations regardless of the Order Total Amount.
Exclusion
Delivery charges, products on promotion, and discounted items are not allowed for return/exchange.
