Returns and Refunds
If an olive tree is damaged or defective upon delivery, Buyer must contact Seller within 3 days of receipt of the olive tree. Seller may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If Seller determines that the olive tree is defective or damaged, Seller will replace the olive tree or issue a refund. Shipping costs for returning the olive tree will be borne by Buyer.
